In an effort to improve their services, USCIS has translated the immigrant investor Program’s EB-5 Customer Support page into Simplified Chinese.
USCIS acknowledges that a significant volume of EB-5 petitioners are from China, so they have implemented a customer service page to provide key information and resources regarding the EB-5 program.
With the goal of having more web content published in simplified Chinese, USCIS will continue these translation efforts moving forward.
