Wednesday, June 26, 2019 – FirstPathway Partners joined Milwaukee-based developer Irgens Partners LLC, BMO Harris Bank, city leaders and construction crew yesterday morning to celebrate a project milestone with the ceremonious lift of the final structural steel beam on the 25-story glass office building, which is being built at 790 N. Water St.
Milwaukee Mayor, Tom Barret, made an appearance and extended his gratitude towards Robert Kraft, FirstPathway Partner’s CEO, thanking him for “his leadership and understanding the importance of investing EB-5 funds here in Milwaukee.”
The completion of this EB-5 project is eagerly awaited and projected to finish on schedule in December of 2019. The BMO Tower will house multiple tenants including Michael Best & Friedrich, Heartland Advisors, Andrus Intellectual Property Law LLP, and BMO Harris.
Mark Irgens, CEO and Manager of Irgens, provided a statement on the progress of construction, stating “the entire building is set to be enclosed with glass by mid-August, and work on the roof is slated to finish in mid-September.” “The good news is steel erection is on time,” Irgens added. “The hard work and the artistry of the men and women (who) are building the project is simply amazing.”
FirstPathway Partners is pleased to report on another successful and impactful EB-5 project underway, as the promising effects of EB-5 investments are represented in each of the 25 stories in the BMO Office Tower.
