On April 13, 2022 the U.S. Department of State released the May Visa Bulletin. All countries are current except for China which has a final action cutoff date of November 22, 2015 and a date for filing cutoff date of December 15, 2015.
In response, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) issued filing Charts for May 2022 opening Chart B - Dates for Filing to qualifying applicants for I-485 Adjustment of Status, including both approved and pending Regional Center Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur. This is a rare window. If you have an approved or pending I-526, your priority date is current on the below chart, and you are living in a lawful status in the USA, we urge you to reach out to your attorney as soon as possible to see if you are eligible to file I-485.
