Friday, September 27, 2019 – The U.S. Senate has cleared a short-term spending bill, funding the government through November 21, 2019, giving lawmakers more time to pass full-year appropriations for the fiscal year beginning next month. This will also ensure that the EB-5 Regional Center Programs authorization is extended. This extension is welcome news in the advance of the EB-5 Program’s pending sunset date of September 30, 2019. The bill now awaits the President’s signature, and will be made effective thereafter.
