Summerfest a two week music festival, celebrating its 50th year, opened on June 28th at the Henry W. Maier Festival Grounds. The outdoor music festival is the world’s largest and attracts just under one million music lovers from around the country and the world. Every summer the large influx of visitors creates a crucial need for budget-conscious and luxury accommodations alike.This year the demand for luxury hotels like the Kimpton Journeyman has greatly increased. The 150 room boutique hotel is just a short walk from the festival grounds and allows guests to leave their cars behind.
