Thursday, April 23, 2020 - FirstPathway Partners was notified that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved I-829 Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status, for its Kimpton Journeyman project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This approval marks the 8th project to receive removal of conditions for FirstPathway Partners.
The first petition to remove conditions for Kimpton Journeyman was processed by USCIS in 17 months. The USCIS website currently indicates average posted processing times of 22 months -48.5 months for I-829, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status.
