FirstPathway Partners’ own, Global Water Center, nears capacity, at 85%.
Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the building opened in September of 2013, and helped to reinforce Milwaukee’s position as “The Silicon Valley of Freshwater Research and Technology”. Housing twenty-five organizations, various startup businesses, and academic programs, the project has been a success from day one, as it continues to secure new tenants.
Rexnord Corp., a local process/motion control and water management company, is the newest tenant and is set to relocate their headquarters to the Global Water Center, as it expands its operations. Additionally, Graef USA, an engineering firm based in Milwaukee, will be relocating into the new state-of-the-art building.
Surrounded by freshwater resources, Lake Michigan and three major rivers, the Global Water Center has the perfect location, mixed with high-tech facilities, and expanding corporations looking to lease space in the building.
From the beginning, the Global Water Center was poised to position the Milwaukee region as a hub for freshwater technology, research, economic development, and education, and has proudly been meeting and exceeding expectations.
