Friday, November 11, 2022 - Earlier this week, IIUSA President, Bob Kraft, was invited to speak at “RIA: EB-5 Industry Experts Help You Prepare for New Changes” – an industry event hosted by IIUSA members JTC America and Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP. The one-day event brought together EB-5 industry stakeholders from across the country to Miami, FL, discussing updates resulting from the new EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (“RIA”) and sharing new ideas to boost industry best practices and compliance under the new legislation.
IIUSA President Bob Kraft (FirstPathway Partners) served as a keynote speaker during the luncheon and participated on the panel, “The Impact of EB-5” where he shared his experience of how EB-5 has stimulated positive economic development in various communities in the U.S.
