India Cancels EB-5 Interviews in Light of COVID-19 Pandemic

Beginning Monday, March 16, 2020 the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in India are cancelling immigrant and nonimmigrant visa appointments, including EB-5 interviews due to the global coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. If you have an interview scheduled, your visa appointment stands cancelled. There is no indication of when they will resume services however, once Mission India resumes regular consular operations, appointments will be made available and you will be able to reschedule.
