The yearly business-to-business conference consisted of various workshops and presentations on the topics of: creating a favorable environment within the EB-5 industry, international visions, market forecasts, industry dilemmas, and an in-depth look at the current state of EB-5. The conference was attended by investors (current and prospective), agents, law firms, and media.
Mr. Kraft served on the U.S. panel and provided an overview of the EB-5 program, explaining how to qualify for the program and the process, as well as key information regarding Regional Centers. The impact of EB-5 in the United States and within the state of Wisconson (where FirstPathway Partners is headquartered) has been overwhelmingly positive. Mr. Kraft underlined how EB-5 has been a catalyst for further development in the area, boosting the local economy. Kraft also introduced some of the newly proposed EB-5 bills, analysing the possible effect on the Program, if implemented.
Mr. Xie Yanwu, President of the Association of Immigration Business, opened the conference, which included a thorough examination of the following: EB-5 industry data, background, dilemmas and reflections, and prospects.
