The Kimpton Journeyman was proud to host the CCIM Board of Directors meeting and rooftop networking event Wednesday, August 18, 2016. Bob Kraft, Chairman and CEO of FirstPathway Partners, spoke at the event, highlighting the newly opened project. In addition, Kraft emphasized the catalytic change EB-5 financing has had on the City of Milwaukee, from job creation to development--including bringing the first luxury Kimpton hotel to Milwaukee. Guests of the event were treated to tours of the hotel and other spaces on the property.
The nine-story, 158 guest room hotel boasts 116,000 square feet with nearly 6,500 square feet of dedicated meeting and banquet space. The Kimpton Journeyman hotel features a fitness center, business center, café, and rooftop bar/patio. The hotel's Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, Tre Rivali, is spearheaded by celebrity chef, Heather Terhune, who appeared on Bravo TV's hit show, Top Chef.
