Thursday, September 19, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs published the October 2019 Visa Bulletin which listed the EB-5 Regional Center as "U" (unauthroized for issuance) due to the upcoming September 30th deadline. When there is legislative action reauthorizing the EB-5 Program, all final action dates will immediately become “Current” for all countries that are not currently subject to backlog.
Robert Kraft, President of IIUSA along with its leaders, lobbyists and staff are actively taking steps to ensure security of a long-term reauthorization and reform of the EB-5 Program.
