Recently, Chairman and CEO of FirstPathway Partners and Board member of IIUSA, Bob Kraft, attended the 4th annual conference in San Francisco, California.
Bob Kraft was honored to share a little bit about what makes FirstPathway Partners an industry leader and what sets the company apart from other EB-5 professionals. The company boasts 9 projects, clients in 20 countries, and experience working with hundreds of immigrant investors through the EB-5 program, raising millions of capital. Mr. Kraft also talked about one of FirstPathway Partners’ most successful projects, the Global Water Center, which has received countless awards, has had incredibly positive job impacts, and has even spurred development for nearby projects, such as Reed Street Yards.
Along with more than 650 other industry peers, the IIUSA conference consisted of EB-5 education, networking, and advocacy. It is hailed as one of the largest annual gatherings of EB-5 immigration and investment professionals, providing a platform to do business and advocate for the re-authorization of the EB-5 program. There were experts on a multitude of trending topics, including: Honorable Gary Locke, former U.S. Ambassador to China, U.S. Secretary of Commerce and Governor of Washington; Charles Oppenheim, Chief, Visa Controls Office, U.S. Department of State; Honorable U.S. Congressman Aaron Schock (R-IL); and Willie Brown, former Mayor of San Francisco of California State Assembly.
The week-long conference wrapped up with some final keynote speakers, an examination on “The Art of Investor Relations Post I-829 Approval”, and a closing ceremony. FirstPathway Partners looks forward to the EB-5 Market Exchange 2015 Conference.
