The $13.3 million hotel/banquet facility will be located near West Greenfield Avenue and 82nd Street in West Allis, Wisconsin. It will have 101 rooms and a 9,200 square-foot banquet facility with seating for 300 guests. Additionally, guests will enjoy an indoor pool, fitness room, and a business center. Construction on the hotel is expected to be completed by July 2015.
An estimated 50 new full-time jobs will be created as a result of the new hotel. It is anticipated that upon construction, it will attract new development in the area. Tom Lajsic, President of the Common Council believes, “The location could not be better with Wisconsin State Fair to the north, proximity to the interstate and surrounding growth in [the] business community.”
