Kraft accepted the award which recognizes Regional Centers that have been successful in bringing EB-5 projects "full circle". These Regional Centers have had their I-829 petitions approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. As a whole, these projects have created thousands of jobs for the American economy and serve as an example why the EB-5 Program should be permanently authorized by Congress.
Recipients of the award have been added to the IIUSA 2016 Regional Center I-829 Approval Club. FirstPathway Partners has accepted an I-829 Award since its first I-829 approval in 2013 with the Aloft project.
