October 17, 2018 - The Milwaukee Business Journal provided an exclusive report on the construction of the BMO Tower in Milwaukee, a FirstPathway Partners EB-5 project.
As the 25-story, Class-A office tower begins to rise faster crews are aiming to top off its steel framing by mid-July 2019. Progress on the BMO Tower construction has hit many major milestones since it's official start almost a year ago and with the majority of the foundation work completed, the pace has continued to pick-up. Construction remains on target for a December 2019 completion.
Tim Gasperetti, Vice President of Design and Construction for Irgens provided the following statement to the Milwaukee Business Journal;
“The pace of construction is going to start increasing pretty rapidly, the foundation and underground work are always the most time-consuming and difficult of a project.”
Once complete, the BMO Tower will have offices for BMO Harris Bank, law firm Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and other tenants.
