The BMO Harris Financial Center is a 25-story, 379,400 rentable square foot building consisting of commercial offices, retail spaces, and 647 parking garage spaces. The financial center building will be the regional headquarters for one of the ten largest banks in North America, Bank of Montreal Harris ("BMO").
Located in the financial district of Milwaukee, the BMO Tower was built with employees in mind - with state of the art conference rooms, a fitness center, 24/7 concierge security service, and views of Lake Michigan; it will be a “next generation workplace." Milwaukee’s Class A Office Space Market has lower vacancy rates than other comparable metro markets at 7.83%, compared with 14.5% in LA, 12.9% in Washington DC, 12.1% in Miami, 10.5% in Chicago and nearly 10% in Manhattan. This EB-5 project is under construction and recently began taking subscribers.
