Kyle Strigenz

Managing Director, Investing & Development

Kyle has an in-depth understanding of investment banking, specifically the complexities related to capital structuring and the development of real estate projects. His main focus has been capitalizing and developing large real estate projects throughout North America.

Through his role as Managing Director at a boutique New York real estate investment group, Ackman-Ziff, and Managing Director at First Pathway Partners, he has completed over $4 billion of capital structuring. The projects encompassed all levels of capital, from debt to equity, underwriting, and closing.

Kyle has also been a lead principal in partnerships, managing over $400 million in the development and rehabilitation of real estate projects, all of which were completed on time and on budget. He has extensive experience working on complex projects that include historic tax credits, new market tax credits, EB-5 financing, and bond financing.

Through this expertise, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of all the intricacies of analyzing an investment, including development, acquisition, renovations, and recapitalizations.

In addition to his career in real estate investment banking and development, he has invested in and sits on the board of several start-up companies. Kyle graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Law and Finance. He is also on the board of a foundation that benefits women and children affected by cancer.
