Vivien Yao

Vivien Yao brings 15 years of EB5 professional experience. Since 2010, she has actively participated in the marketing and promotion of 14 EB5 projects, including hotels, hospitals, apartments, and mixed-use real estate. To date, she has successfully assisted hundreds of families in securing Green Cards and achieving the return of their investment capital.
Ms. Yao serves as the Director of China and works closely with First Pathway’s international team to help investors throughout their EB5 process.
Ms. Yao resides in Shanghai, China. She is bilingual - fluent in Mandarin and English.
